Give!Guide

Our Future Needs YOU!

Thank you for coming to learn more about the Give!Guide and how small gifts add up to create big impact for women in our community.

Founded in 1989 by tradeswomen for tradeswomen, Oregon Tradeswomen works to help women start careers in the skilled construction trades. We do this to help build their economic independence as well as help industry in meeting the need for skilled, qualified, and diverse workers. Careers in the trades are challenging and fulfilling, offering the chance to earn great wages without debt!

Our programs, services and public policy advocacy work to address issues of gender disparity, occupational segregation and wage inequity by providing our focus population with the tools necessary to overcome systemic or personal barriers and achieve economic self-sufficiency through a skilled trades career.
