June Social Hour: Sista in the Brotherhood @ Hollywood Theater

Wednesday, June 19th
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

The Hollywood Theater
4122 NE Sandy Blvd
Portland, OR 97212

Join Oregon Tradeswomen at the Hollywood Theater on June 19th for a special screening of Dawn Jones Redstone’s short film “Sista in the Brotherhood” – a glimpse into the reality of being a woman of color on a job-site. There are challenges that women, and especially women of color, face every day in construction, some subtle, some blatant. It is because of these types of experiences that Oregon Tradeswomen’s mission and work continues to be relevant and important.

After the screening, we will host a discussion and Q&A session with filmmaker Dawn Jones Redstone and Dr. Roberta Hunte.

Admission is FREE!

Concessions can be purchased at the venue.
