		Programs Oregon Tradeswomen, Inc. works to promote the success of women in the trades through education, leadership and mentorship. The following programs are part of the work that we do: TO GO The TO GO program reaches out to young women and educates them about career opportunities in the trades. Pathways to Success The Pathways to Success Program helps adult women interested in trades careers plan their pathways to entry-level work in the trades and apprenticeships. TOOLS Tradeswomen Organized for Outreach, Leadership and Support gives tradeswomen the TOOLS they need to advocate for women's equal representation in the trades. Learn about networking meetings, policy actions and other opportunities.
