The Women in Trades Career Fair is an excellent event to educate and inspire youth to explore career options in the building, construction, mechanical, electrical, utility, and highway trades.  Oregon Tradeswomen, Inc. (OTI) produces the three-day, interactive career Fair to help fill the imminent gap in the labor force that will be created with record-levels of upcoming retirements of skilled trade people and to increase diversity and the overall number of women working in trades careers.
